Is Reunoa a scam? Where the rumours come from, and the facts you can check
By Margaret Hale, Reunoa EditorialLast updated
The short answer
No. Reunoa is a real skincare company selling Bruise Defense & Repair Serum at reunoa.com, with a working support email, phone line and refund policy. Most "scam" results come from copycat shops and marketplace listings using our name, automated website-trust scores that penalize young domains, and faceless review videos. The checks below let you verify us — and spot the fakes.
Key takeaways
- Official store: reunoa.com only — every official address ends in "reunoa.com".
- Copycats like try-reunoa.com and Amazon/eBay listings using our name are not Reunoa.
- Website-checker scores are automated and don't test products.
- Contact details and refund policy are published on our store [2] [3].
- The most common real complaint is unexpected automatic refills — here's how to avoid or cancel them.

Where the "scam" results come from
1. Copycat shops
At least one look-alike website, try-reunoa.com, copies our store's design and text. It is not affiliated with Reunoa. People who order there may receive a different product — or nothing — and understandably blame "Reunoa".
2. Marketplace listings using our name
Several Amazon listings (under brand names like "Generic" or unrelated stores) and many eBay listings use the Reunoa name and sometimes our photos. International mirror sites copy those listings. We don't sell on Amazon or eBay. See Reunoa on Amazon and where to buy.
3. Automated trust scores
Website-checker tools score sites automatically using signals like domain age and hidden owner details. They don't test products or orders. A young brand often scores low at first.
4. "Scam or legit?" videos and AI-generated pages
Many come from faceless channels publishing the same template for hundreds of products, sometimes with affiliate links. Some social-media "answer" pages are automatically generated.

The real complaint: automatic refills
The issue customers raise most is being charged again for a refill they didn't expect. At checkout there's an option to save with automatic refills; if it's selected, the package ships and is charged on a schedule until you cancel. To avoid surprises:
- check the refill setting at checkout before paying
- skip, change or cancel any time at portal.reunoa.com
- or email support@reunoa.com with your order number
Refunds follow the policy on our store [3]. More: guarantee · customer service.
How to spot a fake Reunoa offer
- The web address doesn't end in "reunoa.com"
- Prices far below the official store
- Sold on Amazon, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop or similar
- Seller claims to be an "authorized retailer" (we have none)
- Product name variations like "Reunoa Cream Korvel" or extra brand words
If you think you bought a fake, contact your card provider and the marketplace, and let us know at support@reunoa.com so we can report the listing.
What Reunoa doesn't claim
We don't claim the serum cures, treats or prevents any disease, or that it replaces medicines. It's a cosmetic for the look of bruises and the feel of fragile skin. Any site promising more under our name isn't us.
